4 a.m. Calls to Cop Leads to Drug Arrests

A woman dialed the wrong number, and that mistake put four people in jail.
Rowan County deputies said Sandra Davis thought she was calling her drug dealer at 4 a.m. Monday.
Davis misdialed and actually called a deputy’s personal phone instead, officials said.
After that, the deputy set up an undercover drug buy where he arrested Henry Cloer.
