Teen Accused of Smashing Police Car’s Windshield

A Pennsylvania teen found naked in the street was Tasered by police after he smashed a patrol car’s windshield, authorities said Tuesday.
Police said Nicholas Manoual Haviaras, 17, was lying on his back in the 1400 block of Eason Street about 3:15 a.m. Friday when officers approached him.
Haviaras became agitated and pounded the patrol vehicle with his fists. He then jumped on the hood of the car and punched the windshield, breaking it, police said.
Witnesses later told police the teen had ingested blotter acid, or LSD.
