July 27, 2012

A 13-year-old boy from Centralia, Washington, has been questioned by police after getting an illegal six-inch tattoo of a dragon on his chest to commemorate his victory over cancer.

The 13-year-old would not say where he got the tattoo, but police said they know the first name of the person who is responsible for it.

It is a misdemeanor to ink a minor in the State of Washington.
