Man Pleads Guilty To Urinating in Reservoir

The man who peed in an open drinking-water reservoir on Portland’s Mount Tabor last year pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of “misuse of a reservoir” Thursday.
If Joshua Seater, now 23, completes 24 hours of community service by Oct. 10 he won’t have to serve five days in jail. Also, the charge will be dismissed.
Seater declined to comment after Thursday’s court appearance at the Multnomah County Justice Center.
