Man High On PCP Bites Off,Swallows Finger

A New jersey man believed to be high on PCP bit off and swallowed his own finger during his arrest.

The naked man was arrested for attempting to forcibly remove a driver from his car.

29 year old Jargget Washington was charged with car jacking, throwing bodily fluids at officers and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
